Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers, partners, and sales leadership to bring deals to fruition with a bias for action.
• Partner with the global sales organization to prioritize resources and meet targets.
• Travel when needed to support sales efforts, engineer solutions, and drive deal closures.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of hands-on Senior Sales Engineer experience with strong database architecture skills (MariaDB/MySQL preferred).
• In-memory compute platform skills (Redis, Apache Ignite) desirable; knowledge of other databases and open-source technologies.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; experience working 100% remotely with regional travel.
