Role Responsibilities:

  • Own enablement programs including onboarding, workshops, labs, virtual training, and certification tracks.
  • Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires to ensure rapid, confident ramp-up in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Maintain an everboarding roadmap and curate enablement assets with SMEs and Graph Academy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as trusted partner to field engineering, graph academy, and product teams to identify enablement needs.
  • Solicit feedback, iterate offerings, and drive alignment with leadership on priorities and resources.
  • Act as liaison between SMEs and delivery teams to keep curriculum technically accurate.

Metrics and Measurement:

  • Define and track KPIs like time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, certification pass rates, and adoption.
  • Conduct retrospectives and root-cause analyses for underperforming programs.
  • Produce dashboards and regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
