Business Operations Analyst Order Management

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive order form execution for Americas-based deals, working with the deal desk and ensuring timely Salesforce updates.
• Support customer provisioning and entitlement analysis, coordinating with Revenue and FP&A teams.
• Maintain contract and subscription records for accuracy and completeness across global accounts.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in business operations or financial analysis with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Salesforce and expert-level use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work independently and with US-based teams.
