Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities and business outcomes across a portfolio of projects.
  • Partner with program leadership and HR to integrate engagement metrics into governance, identify workforce risks, and support performance improvement processes.
  • Design and manage recognition programs, internal communication strategies, and training pathways to address skills gaps and foster transparency.

Team and Function Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engagement analysts, setting clear expectations and growth pathways in a multi-contract environment.
  • Build and scale the engagement function by establishing governance, processes, tools, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and sustainable solutions.
  • Translate engagement survey data into actionable insights, executive-level briefings, and recommendations to enhance workforce experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field with 7-10 years in employee engagement, PMO operations, or HR strategy.
  • Experience leading teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and building engagement functions from the ground up in government or consulting environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights, plus experience in organizational change management, culture transformation, and supporting large programs.
