About the Role:
- Leads a critical healthcare operations team responsible for payment processing and revenue cycle performance.
- Oversees daily cash operations, process improvements, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborates with internal teams, payers, and vendors to strengthen operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily enrollment and billing cash operations, including payment posting and accounts receivable.
- Set clear objectives, align resources, and create accountability around performance and quality standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues and improve workflows.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in healthcare payment posting, billing, or revenue cycle management.
- 1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams.
