Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager

Role Overview:

• Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager focused on AI offerings for developers and admins.
• Drives new product introduction, go-to-market, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Collaborates with customers and internal teams to release new capabilities and gather insights.

What You'll Do:

• Develop deep understanding of customer AI use cases and obstacles.
• Guide early access programs to validate GenAI capabilities.
• Create at-scale technical enablement content and conduct onboarding sessions.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years total experience, including 5+ in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in application development or adjacent domain.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range of $171,900 - $300,800.
