The Deal Desk Analyst will establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales.

Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to Sales partners, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity, especially during month and quarter end.

They should utilize spreadsheets for in-depth data analysis to support deal structuring & pricing decisions for strategic customers.

They will help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.

Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution and opportunity closure.
