Role Overview:
- Review, process, and oversee all types of HR documentation to ensure full legal compliance.
- Draft and coordinate HR legal documents across both Polish and international entities, including complex commission and bonus schemes.
Collaboration and Support:
- Provide legal support on labor law and employment legislation, advising internal stakeholders across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to create, update, and implement internal procedures and policies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive reports, legal analyses, and summaries to support internal company decision-making.
- Independently lead and deliver complex legal projects with high attention to detail.
