What You'll Do:
- Account Operations: handle unlocks, provisioning, and permission changes.
- Ticket Triage: categorize and prioritize tickets by urgency.
- Platform Learning: build knowledge of Canvas platform and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in support, operations, or customer-facing role.
- Basic familiarity with web applications and SaaS platforms.
- Willingness to learn SQL, REST APIs, and log analysis tools.
