About the Role:
- The Triage Associate reviews, understands, and routes incoming requests across Fresh Prints.
- This role supports Art, Sales, Operations, Admin, and other teams by ensuring requests are clear and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign requests to the correct team based on type, urgency, and scope.
- Handle admin tasks and order edits with accuracy.
- Support Sales through Freshchat and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, customer experience, or related role.
- Excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace.
