Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for operational representatives.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market team on strategic plans and lead tactical execution.
• Manage internal and external aspects of client initiatives to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional coder certification a plus.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge of CMS guidelines and claims lifecycle.
• 4+ years of client relationship management and project management experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base compensation ranges from $82,000 to $111,000 per year.
