Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as primary contact for daily operations and retention.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, manage KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Travel 10-25% for client sites and lead product demonstrations to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of client service experience.
• Healthcare/homecare or SaaS platform experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
