Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new customers on the software by developing and delivering unique success plans.
  • Educate and train clients on new features, software updates, and best practices.
  • Uncover upsell and expansion opportunities and ensure customers renew their annual subscription.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, support, sales, or account management; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance options and a PTO package with paid holidays.
  • 401(k) plan and a salary range of $71,000 to $86,000 per year.
