Spec II CX Operations

Job Summary:

• You will work remotely with the Billing Manager and Premium Application Specialist to resolve premium payment exceptions.
• You will process premium payments and communicate with insureds, producers, and internal teams to ensure accurate premium administration.

Responsibilities:

• Review premium reports, identify discrepancies, and follow up on missing or inaccurate information.
• Process payments through E-Pay and Virtual Terminal, and prepare correspondence for billing scenarios.
• Partner with other departments to investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Prior insurance-industry experience is required; premium billing or payment processing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and professional communication are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word supports organizing data and preparing correspondence.
