Role Overview:

  • On the phone, live chat, and email for back-to-back customer interactions.
  • Follow a structured schedule with designated breaks and consistent availability during your shift.
  • Transition from structured training to full role with coaching and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer interactions with personalized service through phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with accounting, payroll, and tax-related software support.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for product insights.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience.
  • Clear communicator across multiple channels, comfortable with technology.
  • Self-motivated and eager to adapt to new tools and processes.

Work Requirements:

  • Sit or stand for extended periods working on a computer with prolonged screen time.
  • Maintain reliable, high-speed internet for phone, chat, and email work.
  • Open to candidates legally eligible to work in the U.S., excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington D.C.
