About the Role:
- Leads Affirm's global PBP and ER functions as a member of the People Leadership Team.
- Serves as a strategic thought partner to the CPO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise-wide people and organizational decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Define the strategy, structure, and operating model for the global PBP and ER functions, redesigning roles and ways of working.
- Build high-performing teams through talent decisions, development, and coaching.
- Guide leaders through significant organizational change and provide executive oversight on complex ER matters.
What We Look For:
- 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in global technology organizations.
- Significant experience leading a global PBP organization and Employee Relations, including sensitive investigations.
- Deep expertise in organizational consulting, effectiveness, executive coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
