Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Management leaders supporting mid-market and enterprise accounts across AMER.
- Build a high-accountability operating rhythm with clear goals, performance expectations, coaching cadences, and KPI visibility.
- Ensure strong execution of the customer engagement process across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal-risk moments.
Customer Strategy and Execution:
- Use customer health signals, adoption data, renewal timing, and account context to help the team prioritize and focus effort where it will have the greatest impact.
- Lead or contribute to renewal strategy reviews, deal reviews, and executive business reviews that connect customer activity to business value.
- Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and remove blockers quickly.
AI-Driven Process Improvement:
- Build and operationalize AI-driven workflows, agents, and automated playbooks that enable the team to cover more accounts at higher quality.
- Contribute domain expertise to scalable AI tools and processes that extend TAM best practices across the full customer base.
- Drive AI adoption within the team as a core performance expectation, ensuring every TAM leverages AI as a force multiplier in their daily motions.
