Privileging Program Leadership:

  • Serve as subject matter expert for medical staff privileging across OHSU and HMC.
  • Lead coordination, development, and standardization of privileging processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and project coordination with Medical Staff leadership and stakeholders.

Privileging Criteria Development and Maintenance:

  • Lead design and revision of privilege delineation forms and criteria.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking for evidence-based criteria.
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of privilege documents.

OPPE and FPPE Coordination:

  • Coordinate implementation and ongoing management of OPPE and FPPE processes.
  • Partner with Medical Staff leaders to develop specialty-specific metrics.
  • Ensure timely data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance evaluation.
