About the Role:
- Be the first voice guests hear, handling inbound calls for anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons, and more.
- No cold calling, sales quotas, or pitching—focus on warm, efficient call routing.
- Train one-on-one over 1–2 weeks, then own the role by week 3.
Schedule & Location:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm in your local time zone, with weekends off.
- Fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. (some state restrictions apply).
Compensation:
- Pay: $23.08/hour (~$4,000/month), paid semi-monthly, overtime-eligible.
- Performance bonus: $500/month if missed-call rate stays under 12%.
- Team bonus: additional $500/month when company hits monthly goal, total earning potential ~$54,000/year.
