About the Role:
- Lead a team of People Advisors delivering a responsive, professional, and confidential colleague relations service.
- Ensure consistent, fair, and timely handling of complex colleague relations matters across PortmanDentex.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and People Business Partners while shaping CR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end ER case management including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, investigations, and appeals.
- Manage policy development, review, and implementation in line with employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and support change management initiatives such as restructures and acquisitions.
