Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central operational engine for the People team, managing the employee lifecycle with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring processes, manage complex scheduling, and ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
  • Identify operational friction and propose innovative fixes to improve HR systems and support.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a lean HR function for a small to medium-sized organization.
  • High fluency in HRIS and performance management tools like Deel, with the ability to automate tasks and generate custom reports.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive data confidentially, and functional literacy in employment laws for risk identification.
