About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in a People Operations and/or HRIS role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, including data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all operational Onboarding and Offboarding tasks; ie. Launches all people operations pre and post onboarding tasks; assigns new hire trainings.
  • Responsible for processing all employee lifecycle changes and maintenance of employee records(i.e. onboarding, employee changes, promotions, job changes, professional development budgets, offboarding).
  • Responds to employee inquiries providing direction as needed regarding HRIS systems, policies and procedures; Owns responding to all employment and income verifications timely and accurately.
