Technical Implementation Specialist - Medical Imaging

Intelerad is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist responsible for providing technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role requires technical services, including system integration, system configuration, workflow analysis and design, testing and troubleshooting system setups and facilitation and support of system go-lives. Acting as a key customer-facing representative, the Technical Implementation Specialist will ensure that Intelerad solutions are configured, tested, and operational to meet client needs and align with best practices. This role will work closely with Project Management and Applications and Workflow resources and involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, on-site client engagement, training delivery, documentation, troubleshooting, and proactive participation in change management and escalation processes. The goal is to ensure clients realise the full value of our solution at every stage of their journey.
