Talent Coordination & Candidate Experience:
- Manage the full-cycle interview scheduling process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume roles
- Execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, campus recruiting, and niche job boards
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess cultural alignment and basic qualifications
People Operations & Administration:
- Support the Sr. Manager, People Operations with HR administration as needed
- Assist the Head of People in the rollout of company-wide people initiatives as needed
