Benefits Representative

Accountabilities:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide guidance on available benefits.
• Answer questions about benefit programs, coverage options, applications, and enrollment.
• Support clients throughout the application process while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace.
