Role Overview:
- This is a 0-to-1 founding role launching into a new vertical, requiring ownership to build the sales playbook from scratch.
- You will join a high-performing sales org, working closely with senior leadership to establish market presence and define KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals for new SMB customers in the dental industry.
- Shape sales motion, messaging, and processes, with your learnings becoming the foundation for future team members.
- Track pipeline in Salesforce and partner across teams to refine GTM strategy and influence the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience launching new verticals or markets, thriving in ambiguity with limited structure and resources.
- Strong organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and a track record of success, with bonus points for healthcare or dental background.
