About the Role:
- The VP of Strategic Partnerships owns the strategy, execution, and P&L for the company's partnership ecosystem to drive net-new growth.
- This leader will build and lead the Partnerships team, setting operating rhythms and performance standards.
How You'll Contribute:
- Define and own the end-to-end partnership ecosystem strategy and partnerships P&L with quota-carrying accountability.
- Lead partner activation, performance, and cross-functional execution with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Build, lead, and scale the Partnerships organization, including hiring and developing managers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 12+ years experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, including 6+ years leading a team.
- Proven track record owning a partnerships P&L and experience in healthcare or digital health ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to operate cross-functionally.
