About the Role:
- As a Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Growth organization to define and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention targets.
- You will act as a central capital allocator, ensuring time and budget are deployed toward highest impact opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Own Growth's forecasting process end to end, gathering assumptions and coordinating with Data.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and run weekly operating cadence for Growth.
- Build data-driven recommendations on spend allocation across regions and channels.
Who You Are:
- You have 9+ years in Growth Strategy, BizOps, or similar analytical roles.
- You have strong analytical proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with forecasting models.
- You are a proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.
