What this job can offer you:
- Join the Employee Lifecycle team to manage contracts with legal compliance and superior experience.
- Report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager and collaborate globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as custodian of employment terms and assist with complex projects.
- Draft and administer employees lifecycle documents accurately.
- Advise on employment legislation as a trusted consultant.
Team and Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance.
- Assist in HR and financial audits.
- Develop and update internal documentation.
Practicalities:
- Report to Manager, Contract management.
- Location: Middle East.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
