What You'll Do:

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, X-ray, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage strong outbound talent pipelines for a range of open roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualify interest and fit before handing off to recruiters.
