About the Role:
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of Niagara’s HR systems, with a focus on Workday.
- Partner with HR business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, test enhancements, and document processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
