About the Role:
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Coaching, drive systems efficiency and workflow design.
- Serve as the primary operational resource for the Coaching Department.
- Focus on infrastructure and process, not live care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to design streamlined workflows that eliminate administrative friction.
- Oversee the Coach Training Academy and onboarding pipeline.
- Develop data tools and dashboards for performance analytics.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role:
- 3–5+ years of people management and operational leadership in digital health.
- Proven ability in workflow optimization and training programs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
