Client Launch Ownership:
- Lead the implementation of new client launches.
- Map out clinical workflows and serve as the primary bridge between clients, dietitians, and clinical operations.
- Ensure seamless onboarding.
Data Analysis:
- Use Excel/Google Sheets to perform intermediate data analysis on program performance and outcomes.
- Analyze operational efficiency to drive evidence-based adjustments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a healthcare setting.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data visualization) and experience with PM tools.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions with minimal direction.
