What You’ll Do:

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed talent acquisition team, including developing strong people managers

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading teams at high-growth AI or SaaS startups
  • Proven ability to influence founders, executives, and senior leaders on hiring strategy and execution
  • Strong background in building scalable recruiting processes and systems, including AI and SaaS tooling

Impact You Will Have:

  • Built trust and operating credibility with founders, execs, and hiring managers, becoming the go-to partner for hiring strategy and decisions
  • Delivered a clear, data-backed talent acquisition roadmap aligned to business goals
  • Aligns leaders on a scalable global hiring model and positions talent acquisition as a proactive, strategic partner to the business
