About the Job:
- Own and scale the engine behind Life360’s hiring.
- Lead a small team and partner with Talent Acquisition to build data-driven systems.
- Influence and raise the Talent Bar for Life360.
What You’ll Do:
- Set the standard for how Life360 hires at scale by designing recruiting programs.
- Eliminate friction and low-value work through automation and AI.
- Drive company-level hiring programs to impact our brand and referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in recruiting orgs, including 3+ years leading TA Operations.
- Proven manager who develops talent and sets clear standards.
- Comfortable presenting, training, and shaping decisions across TA and the business.
