ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will own the systems, data, and processes that empower the recruiting team.
- You will ensure the team is focused on closing top-tier talent for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and optimize our ATS and sourcing tools to ensure seamless candidate flow.
- Design and implement interviewer training and consistent hiring flows.
- Manage recruiting spend and relationships with job boards and external agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Operations and Program Management.
- Expert in ATS administration and data visualization.
- 3+ years experience managing recruiting coordinator teams.
