Devereux's People Operations Responsibilities:
- Consultation and service delivery to DESS Center managers and staff.
- Employee relations counseling, investigations, and legal proceeding representation.
- Collaboration with the National People Operations Director in retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in People Operations/Human Resources or related field.
- Five years of Human Resources/People Operations experience.
- Experience in Behavioral Health/Education setting is preferred.
