Associate Product Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Handles and resolves a high volume of incoming calls.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of products.
• Navigates multiple databases across multiple systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service position is required.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient PC skills.
