About the Role:
- Participate in a 3-week training program to specialize in a specific brand.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to encourage completion of loan applications.
- Maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication.
