Platform Ownership:
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical expert for Gainsight.
- Own the overall health, configuration, governance, security, and performance of the Gainsight platform.
- Configure and maintain Cockpit, Rules Engine, Success Plans, Journey Orchestrator, Health Scores, Surveys, Timeline, and Reporting.
Customer Success Operations:
- Partner with the Head of Customer Success to execute the Customer Success operational roadmap.
- Design and optimize customer lifecycle workflows supporting onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, renewals, and expansion.
- Build scalable automations that improve CSM productivity and customer engagement.
Reporting & Business Intelligence:
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting.
- Develop reporting around Customer Health, Product Adoption, Time to Value, Renewal Forecasting, and more.
- Deliver actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making.
