What You’ll Do:

  • Drive loyalty, renewals, and expansion across your book of business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering solutions that create measurable value.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and leadership to improve customer experience.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years in account management or direct customer sales with SaaS and cybersecurity experience.
  • Experience navigating partner-influenced, reseller, or VAR-supported motions.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
