About You:
- You are a strategic thinker and operational leader who thrives in building structure and executing priorities.
- You have a proven track record of recruiting and managing partners across key ecosystems like Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, and Salesforce.
- You excel at aligning partner strategies with go-to-market initiatives and creating clarity in new environments.
Day-to-Day:
- Execute a comprehensive channel and partner strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and manage partner programs, including incentives, tiering, and performance frameworks.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners such as resellers and integrators.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models like VARs, MSPs, and OEM partnerships.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and PRM platforms, with a data-driven approach.
