About the Role:

  • Lead the development and growth of Cologix's indirect sales ecosystem in the Midwest region.
  • Recruit, enable, and manage strategic channel partners including technology advisors and MSPs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while driving revenue through colocation, interconnection, and digital infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners; create strategic territory plans to maximize revenue.
  • Drive partner-sourced sales opportunities and collaborate throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility within CRM systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
  • Strong background in data center, cloud, or telecommunications solutions.
  • Proven success in recruiting partners and managing complex B2B sales opportunities.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Salary range $95,000 - $120,000 per year plus commission.
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
