About the Role:
- Lead the development and growth of Cologix's indirect sales ecosystem in the Midwest region.
- Recruit, enable, and manage strategic channel partners including technology advisors and MSPs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor while driving revenue through colocation, interconnection, and digital infrastructure solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners; create strategic territory plans to maximize revenue.
- Drive partner-sourced sales opportunities and collaborate throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility within CRM systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
- Strong background in data center, cloud, or telecommunications solutions.
- Proven success in recruiting partners and managing complex B2B sales opportunities.
Compensation and Perks:
- Salary range $95,000 - $120,000 per year plus commission.
