What You'll Do:

Design and execute recruiting processes for roles in San Francisco, São Paulo, and remote across US and Europe.
Plan and run events to attract talent and build brand visibility.
Track recruiting metrics and support compensation benchmarking.

What We're Looking For:

Prior recruiting experience at an early- or growth-stage startup.
A hands-on zero-to-one builder with excellent English and event/community appetite.
Strong autonomy, organization, and ownership mindset.
