The Go-To-Market Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding. They will partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes. Collaboration with the sourcing team is expected to refine search strategies and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
This role will conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit and guiding them through the interview process, ensuring an exceptional experience. They will own compensation negotiations and closing calls to secure top talent, track and analyze key hiring metrics, and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse. The Recruiter will represent the company brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
