About the Role:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for students and families with compassionate, professional support.
- Manage sensitive situations with empathy, sound judgment, and clear communication.
Student & Family Support:
- Respond to inquiries via email and phone, building trusting relationships and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conduct proactive check-ins during onboarding and early service stages to address concerns early.
Issue Resolution & Operations:
- Investigate and resolve concerns while collaborating with advisors, tutors, and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records, coordinate onboarding, and recommend improvements to service processes.
