The role:
- You lead the investor relations team and report to both co-founders.
- You make the team excellent and keep it at full leverage.
What you will do:
- Run weekly CRM, win/loss, KPI reviews and one-on-ones.
- Coach calls and introductions, own network health, and remove constraints.
What you bring:
- You have run a sales, BD, or investment team of five or more.
- You give straight feedback, avoid ego, and think in systems.
How we work:
- Fully remote with US Eastern overlap; AI tooling is paid for.
- US$200K to US$300K+ total compensation, base plus bonus.
