Sales/Partner Support:
- Provide daily support to ISO Partner Manager teams in sales tasks including contract management, bank verification, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain partner records in Salesforce and communicate promptly with partners via phone, email, and messaging.
- Handle customer service inquiries like balance inquiries and funding confirmations.
Onboarding and Partner Management:
- Assist in ISO onboarding tasks, vet potential partners, and determine correct referral program.
- Collect required documents and oversee recertification to keep accounts accurate.
- Ensure partners are updated on underwriting policies, marketing material, and bonus structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience plus 1+ years of sales support or B2B sales experience.
- Self-starter with strong time-management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM highly preferred.
