Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client workflows and tasks in Dubsado CRM for bridal clients.
- Handle email communication and customer service for brides throughout their journey.
- Perform invoicing and bookings management using Asana and Slack.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative assisting international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and tech savviness.
- Proficiency in Dubsado, Slack, Asana, and MS Office.
