About the Role:
- Own day-to-day non-technical operations for GuidePoint's Threat & Attack Simulation practice.
- Serve as the operational backbone so technical leaders can focus on client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Produce utilization, backlog, pipeline, and revenue metrics from Salesforce/Certinia.
- Run onboarding, tooling, and practice cadence; document and improve processes.
About You:
- 3+ years in operations or business operations; strong with spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Comfortable coordinating with a specialized technical cybersecurity team.
